"Círculo Mágico" to me, is the field of energy and love generated by the work of my guruji, Sri Prem Baba, that happens every year during the season from December to April at the Sachcha Dham Ashram in Rishikesh – India. This field expands itself, multiplies, blesses, cures and awakens love more and more in many places and in many people that go there each year.
“You are inside a magic circle. All of this area in which the ashram is the epicenter, is inside this circle. Everything here is magnified – the light as well as the shadow. Some dark aspects of the personality of which you were not conscious of, begin to be focused on, in order to be transformed. The fact that you are inside this magic circle, enables you to receive this gift: the chance to identify the aspects of your personality that are hidden, which cause disturbances in your life without you being aware of them”
Sri Prem Baba
This work is also a celebration of life, the profound mystery that is being here, in this learning cycle of birth, life and death. May we also harmonize with all beings and primarily with the feminine in ourselves, which we have as the most important example, our own home: Mother Earth!
I thank everyone who is in my life now and the ones that once were too, for sharing this wonderful journey.
Everyone was and has been a master to me in their own way.
And may I quote once again the great master of the forest:“Forever, forever, friend of my brother, for he is my light in this world of illusion"
This cd like my previous one "Kirtan", is also a fusion of my experience in different styles of western music and eastern music in the form of mantras, that came along only later on in my life. But this time it came about with an even stronger energy of inclusion. It is not by chance that without planning, it ended up being recorded in different parts of the world: São Paulo, Rishikesh, New York, London, California and Hawaii. It came with the intention to open up, bringing more proximity, more familiarity, and if possible to dissolve barriers of separation between what is considered sacred and what is considered profane. And maybe demystify the belief that this very “serious”
music is meant to be only for spiritual seekers. After all, being aware of it or not, we are all equally seekers of our own selves.
Yes it's very serious, but it's also very joyful and for everyone!
I always say that is only music, the one and “only muse”, that we all love so much because it takes us directly to our hearts!
I’m eternally grateful to my Guruji, for helping me remember what I came here for, and for always encouraging me to do what I most love with such freedom.
